I am using PowerPoint 2000; what I don't understand is
that office assistant tells me that on the whiteboard to
go to TOOLS and click on LOCK CONTENTS.
Why wold it tell me to do something that is not available?

Which version of PowerPoint are you using. The ability to
password protect your presentation is only available in XP
(2002)

The tools menue does not have a "LOCK THE CONTENTS" option.
Why and how can I correct this? so I can lock my
presentation befote I sent it.
