Locking text size in a table layout?

I noticed that when I change the view text size in my browwer that the text
distorts the layout. How do I get it to stay as I see it on all resolution
setting and text views settings?

Welcome to web development. You cannot do this.

This means that you must build your pages with text size expansion in mind.
Unfortunately, this usually means you have to work hard, read alot, and fail
alot, too.
