Locking taskbar on OE using IE 6 on XP

I can reduce the four lines (File etc, Icons, Plaxo (an
address helper, Views to just two by dragging but the
next login shows a default to the four again. Sure, one
may lock IE taskbars by clicking but ther seems not such
option when right clicking in taskbar area when OE
displayed. Hate to give up the real estate and would
even prefer to put stuff up in the Blue Bill Gates Bar
righ to left of the diminish minus box. No offense Bill,
heh, heh.

You are correct that there's no way to lock the OE toolbar, but mine doen't
change. If you temporarily turn off Plaxo does the problem still exist?
