Locking IE 6 to a single internet site

I need to set up some computers so they only acess a single internet
site. The purpose of the computer will be to access a single site and
it will be in a common area at a remote county garage . Where can I
learn to set up a computer to ensure that it would be VERY difficult
for someone to hack the computer so it could be used for any other
purpose?
