Hi,
I'd like to lock down the Mozilla browser to prevent people from using it.
Is there any way to do it without using a third-party software?

Thanks a lot!

If it's using the registry to make settings there, you could use Group
Policy to (at least) preference settings. Depends on what you're trying
to lock down and where these settings and lockdowns are saved.

Is it a built-in functionality you'd like to set or lock down so that
people don't have access to it? What does "locking down" mean for you here?

cheers,

Okay - have a look at "Software Restriction Policies". You can restrict
the application of programs by several rules (path rules, hash rules, etc.):

Hoe about setting the security settings for the executable to a limited
group?
