locking a slide

I've been reading some past comments, and I'm a little disappointed that a
slide cannot be locked so nothing can be changed in it. I'm not talking
about password protecting the slide because I'm mostly worried about myself,
accidently moving stuff around. It would be nice to be able to protect a
slide like you can do with a Word document. Just a suggestion to whoever
does the programming on this.

Make suggestions, report problems to Microsoft

Nah, they've broken it again. The page that FAQ leads to is different now, the
choices on it don't lead to anyplace where you can post a suggestion and
frankly I'm fed up. http://www.pptfaq.com/FAQ00714.htm is for the moment a
rant. I don't think MS wants to hear suggestions from users.
