Locking a Document to Prevent Copy/Paste or Save As

I am familiar with password protecting a document for changes; however, I am wondering if there is an option that will allow me to lock the document so that the reader, even in the 'Read-Only' view will not be able to copy and paste the contents into a new document or even preventing the reader from essentially taking my information by doing a 'Save As' a new document? Thanks much!

In short, no. No matter what you do, if it can be seen on the display, it
can be copied, if only as a screenshot. Adobe Acrobat (.PDF) files are
about the best you can do.

Hi =?Utf-8?B?TC5BIEhhbWJseQ==?=,

better) protection as the Adobe format, if you're considering updating.
