locked out!!!

i started to try and put security setting on my database i
am creating and seem to have totally locked my self out i
cant even start a new database! is there anything i can do
apart from totally wiping out access from my L/T?
please i really need some help!!

Did you use the security wizard? If so, you can probably simply rejoin the
default system.mdw workgroup file and be able to do anything you need.
