Locked Out of Windows XP

I have changed my user profile password and have restarted the computer only
to find out that what i changed my new password too does not work. I do
remember what half the password is and i believe i know it all but it will
not accept it so now i have no way in to my computer. Is there some way i can
get in without losing all my information on the computer? HELP

log in with the built-in administrator account
