I can no longer access my e-mail through Outlook. I get a popup window that
asks for me to enter my Personal Folders Password. I have entered every
password I've ever used and nothing works. I can still get to my mail
account through webmail, but I have e-mails in my folders that I really
need. Microsoft support recommended a password recovery program from Elcom.
Has anyone used one of these programs for XP? If so, was it successful or
will I be wasting my time and money?
