Locked out after setup

I recently upgraded from win 95 to windows 2000 Pro- all
went well;however, when I rebooted,it won't accecpt my
username and PW. I tried the Admin PW with no success, I
can't get into system to change the PW settings. Is it
possible I did something worng during setup?
