Locked-Out Account That Is Reset at a Different Domain Controller May Be Locked

We have this problem and we are running W2K SP4 in your
domain.
Any fixes for this problem?

The was corrected in SP3, so you are probably not experiencing this. You can
verify this, if you query different DC's for bad Password count attribute on
user objects. If they are different, then you may have this situation. You
could allso use Account Lockout tools to verify this
