locked in website

I have a website that has taken over my internet service
in the fact that it pulls up that particular website
automatically when I log on to my computer. I have
attempted several times to change the information unter
tools:internet security and it keeps changing back to this
website. How can I get this website deleted so that I'm
not running into this problem?
 
You have some spyware installed on your system. You can use Spybot or Adware
to remove but you have to search for the name of this site on Google to find
out how they(the people whoe installed it, sometimes they have a removal
tool but it can be difficult to find on their website) want you to remove
it.
