Ok, I did something stupid without realizing at first what I did.
I made the switchboard my startup form, made it modal, non-resizable, with
no buttons (i.e. close ,min, max).
Now I can't get into anything on the Navigation bar!

Does anyone know how I can get out of this???

Start Access alone (not open a database) and while holding down the shift key
open the database. This will bypass the startup options.

You can then fix your mistake.

When you open the database and the Switchboard form appears, can you switch
to Design Mode? If so, you can then change the properties that you
mentioned.
