locked form with startup need to edit now?

I have Database form that I unknowingly locked my self out of with the
startup feature. I was tring to make it usable for the end user without them
beingable to see the access toolbars. So i unchecked all of the things in
the startup popup and viola! no way to get back into it. Any help would be
greatly appreciated.

Hold down the Shift key as the database opens. This should bypass the
Startup options and let you reset them.
 
if shift doesnt work, you can create a new database - go to file/get
external data/import/your file - then you can choose to import any portion
or all of your database. as far as i know, everything will stay the same
except your startup restrictions. when you are finished making changes,
reapply your startup restrictions to the new database (keep the old db as
a backup copy)

you also may want to explore your options for creating user/group
permissions. make sure you are familiar with it before you try to apply any
security settings, as some effects may be irreversable.
