locked completly out of computer

lost and locked out

please help! my computer was donated from a company and the last person at
the company did give the correct password to unlock the computer...what can i
do? please help!!
 
if its a bios level password, then reset your cmos jumpers. becaue this
varies from computer to computer, ask you compy manufacturer

if its a windows password, see if the administator account dosn't have a
password. when you get to the login screen, hit ctrl+alt+del to bring up the
old nt style login. user is administator, and there is no password.

Well, what I did was to get hold of/download a copy of Hiren's Boot CD
and use one of the password recovery programs on that cd. I can't
remember exactly which program I used, but there are 2/3 that would do
the job. So that would be my answer for you.
