Lockdown quicklaunch bar with GPO

Is there any way in 2003 server that I can lockdown the quicklaunch bar
via group policies? I have it all setup as I want to with a mandatory
profile, with the rest of the taskbar and desktop locked down, but for
some reason the quicklaunch bar still gives the users access to context
menu etc.

Yes = User Config-AdminTemp-StartMenu and TaskBar - Prevent Changes to
Taskbar and Start Menu Settings, and "Remove access to the context
menu for the taskbar". There are tons of other settings here as
well. Make sure you have the latest ADM’s for XP SP2 downloaded from
MS.
