"lock workstation" function

is there some freeware that executes the "lock workstation" function like
the one in 2000/XP CTRL-ALT-DEL window?

Maybe Lock & Wlock:

Lock: This commandline version will run the screensaver and lock the
workstation, just lock the workstation, minimize all open windows before
locking the workstation or lock the workstation and send the system to
standby

Wlock: This GUI version will run from the tray area and it will lock the
workstation or run the screensaver and lock the workstation. It can also
perfom system shutdown, reboot or user logout
