Lock Ups

My hp pavillion keeps locking up because I can't figure
out how to remove something called SYMSTORE.dll
Can anybody tell me how to fix this?

Have you uninstalled ALL Symantec products?
You might need to re-install then update your firewall:
http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/ent-security.nsf/ppfdocs/2003101708150348 , then uninstall!
