Lock up issue

I'm on windows xp professional and sometimes it just
locks up. I have an ATA-133 hard drive, could this be
the problem? If not, what COULD be the problem. Please
email me some help :)

Make sure all your device drivers are up to date. If that fails you'll need
to privide full details of your system.
