Lock the client desktop?

Is there anyway to lock the TS client desktop so that no
one can delete the icons that are there? I put the icons
in the documents and settings/all users/desktop folder
ont he terminal server. These users have thin clients,
so I guess that they are bored. Any suggestions would
help.

Give users only Read + Execute rights on that folder would fix this.
