Lock Homepage

I have profiles that stop anyone from entering the IE
options and it blocks any pop up in a website to change
the homepage. Some how people have found ways to change
it. Anyone know how to stop this?

Have you restricted access to the registry key
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\Main\Start Page ?

If you are in a domain and using Group Policy to accomplish this, you may need to
change a Group Policy setting that will refresh and override changes that a user has
made. I would also double check that these users do not or have somehow obtained
administrator access on their machines. --- Steve
