Does anyone know of a freeware program that allows you to lock the IE
homepage? You also have to be able to unlock it or change it. It would
be mice if it was protected by a password but that is not required. If
you have anything that might work please post a reply. Thanks in
advance for any help.

SpywareGuard will do it

Start Page Guard does this and nothing more. But look at the other
replies for useful, if not vital, programs that do this and far more.
