I install this plugin for 1 of my program, and now it all gone wrong.
Here my problem, please help if you have any knowledge about it.

1) At startup I got 1 of these trying to run itself, I believe it a version
or somethin, my question here is it apart of WINXP program
file...?http://img348.imageshack.us/my.php?image=file8yj.jpg
If it isnt then I have to delete it to make sure I'm safe.

2) I try to CTRL+ALT+DELETE but apparently it say
"Task manager has been disable by your administration"
I'am the administration and I never have disable it, I believe the program
in number 1) have done something to it.
My question here is how do I turn it back on?
If you say that I should make another user account, then I can't I try to
access to
Start>Control Panel> User Account but it won't run.

Thanks for your help in this matter
