I want to send a presentation (containing graphs) to a
client but the data behind the graph is sensitive and I do
not want them to be able to get access to it. SO what I
want to do is send them a pps so that all they can see are
the anonymised graphs with absolutly no access to the data
to make any changes or to view it.

Can anybody help

Thanks

Denver

A PPS is just a PPT whose filename extension has been changed.
They're just as editable as PPTs, so sending them a PPS won't help.

If you ungroup then regroup the graph, that throws away the data stored in
the PPT and leaves just a picture of the graph. They won't be able to see
the data or to edit the graph (other than as a collection of rectangles and
text).

For the same reason, neither will you, so be sure to do all this ungroupery
on a *copy* of your original.
