Location specific Schedules

I travel between two offices where I have meetings booked. When my staff
attempt to book a meeting with me, they see busy/free times via scheduling,
but they don't know the location that I'm at. This causes meetings to be
booked back to back, but at different locations without sufficient time for
travel. Is there a way I can color code they busy schedule bar depending on
location? Is there a way to review where an existing meeting is booked?
 
What version of Outlook are you using? If Outlook 2002 or 2003, you can use
specific colors to denote the location of your current meeting.

After furious head scratching, codputer asked:

I'm using Outlook 2003 - but people who are booking a meeting with me are
using a variety of clients (98 and up!). I understand that I can use labels
to change the color of my appointments - but when my staff attempt to book me
into a meeting - they have to know that my previous meeting is not at the
same location that they are currently at - and therefore I cannot travel in 5
minutes the 2 hour drive between locations! :>)

I'm hoping that I can change the busy color in the scheduling form - but I
don't think that is possible. The other option is a calendar per location -
but I'm traveling between 5 locations - that would make my view terrible and
the possibility to double book me too much for me to bear!

Certainly there must be other busy executive that want their staff to book
meetings with them, and do so from various locations. Perhaps this is a
Sharepoint requirement? (I"m not that familiar with that product.)
