Location of Setting??

Does anyone know where to find the setting(s) that control what happens when
I.E.6 cannot find a URL ?

Preferably registry settings in addition to possible check box settings.

I've been looking all over the place - probably staring straight at it - but
can't find it.

Internet options..advanced tab..scroll down to search from the address bar.
