Location of pst file?

Outlook 2007

I have several pst files on my computer that have gotten moved around. How
do I tell which one is currently is use?

Look at your Outlook Profile (Control Panel - Mail) or from Outlook click:
Tools - Account Settings - Data Files

There are 4 pst files listed, one says default. Is it using them all or
just the default? I may have gotten a little screwed up when trying to
import data.

You're Bob now? :-)

You should see 4 personal folders (including the default PST) in Outlook.
Scroll up and down, the other 3 personal folders should be listed on the
left side of Outlook.

Default PST would be the one "currently in use" to deliver incoming messages
into and to keep all Sent messages. Close Outlook if you want to work on the
PSTs. Btw, do not use import/export among PST files. Instead of
importing/exporting, open the PST file, copy/cut/paste or drag n drop them
to the destination.

If they're listed in the mai profile like that, then they're all "in use"
(i.e., open when Outlook is open) and they'll all show up in the Folder List
view of the Navigation Pane.

Thanks... I should be able to delete the others as I have cut & pasted the
info from those extra pst folders into the default one.
