location of attacments

When we receive any emails with an attachments where are
they saved. Or when we open them where are they actually
located.

They are stored in a table in Exchange or in your PST file. When you open
the attachments, they are saved to your temporary internet files\OLK*, on my
XP Pro/Office XP machine.
