Location of Add or Remove Programs folder

Where is the location of "Add or Remove Programs" folder?
The reason is that I want to create its shortcut. Jorge
 
It's a Control Panel applet (Appwiz.cpl) and the list is populated from
information held in the Registry. A shortcut with a target to
"Appwiz.cpl" or "control Appwiz.cpl" will open the applet.

If it's missing from the Control Panel make sure that the Appwiz.cpl
file is in the System32 folder.

Open the Control Panel. Right click on Add/Remove | Create Shortcut. A
prompt will say it can't be created here, do you want it on the Desktop.
Click Yes.
 
I found Appwiz.cpl. That works. But I could not locate control Appwiz.cpl.
