Locatiion of Message Rules Files

I transferred over my outlook/pst file to my new computer. mailboxes and
messages and contactws Xfered fine but I see that my rules are not there.
What file do I need to Xfer over to my new system to get the rules as they
were on my old system. I sure done want to make up the rules again.
