I've read all the possible solutions to the third window opening looking to
locate the link browser. I've tried them and the issue keeps returning. I
use IE and Netscape, however, I've used Netscape before without this issue.
Any further recommendations?

And how would we know, without a crystal, exactly WHAT previously suggested
fixes you used???

Well MS Staples [MVP - Outlook], I used the 'search' crystal for "Locate Link
Browser" and read all the posts, and those were the 'previously suggested
fixes THAT I used. NONE of them worked! Any other thoughts???

So, you're saying that you've done the "Reset Web Settings" and you've also
entered the path to your browser in the "Locate Link Browser" window and
neither helped?

That is correct.
