Locale showing as Estonian??

Hi,

When I open Microsoft's Antispyware Beta, click on Help,
choose "About" then click on "Diagnostics," I see the
following in the list of information.

Is US Locale: False
Locale Language: Estonian:Estonian (0425)
Locale Country: Estonia:Estonia (372)

I live in the US. Does anyone know why my location is
showing up as something else? I clicked the diagnostics
button after the program blocked an install of a search
hijacker. I think it was called "snsearch" or something
like that. Anyway, I did a full search after that and the
program found nothing more. Thanks for your help.
