local storage

i get a "error opening local storage" message when i start my computer does anyone what this means and how to stop it

Check your startup settings to find out what is causing this.

- the Registry keys

- the folders
C:\DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS\ALL USERS\START MENU\PROGRAMS\STARTUP
