Hi All.
I'm trying to prevent an annoying popup from coming up every time I try to
debug a program in Visual Studio. In the local security settings (control
panel->administrative tools->local security settings), there is a policy
called Debug Programs. This is where you are supposed to enter the user who
is to have full rights to debug a program. I've entered everyone I can think
of that can debug and I'm still getting the popup. Is there anything else I
can do or some setting I'm missing? Here is the MSDN description, but they
are missing the solution by not telling which registry key to modify!!
