local security policy

mbsn recommends enabling audit policy but when i go to control panel then
adminisrative tools i have no link to local policies or audit policy please
help
 
At the RUN prompt type secpol.msc /s
This will open up the local security policy editor.

I have same problem but doesn't work for me!
i am using windows xp service pack 2 home edition which came preloaded with
my laptop
 
Local security policy editor is not supported in Windows XP
Home Edition....only Windows XP Professional.
