I have been hacked into on my computer. They have
went in a installed a Lock out on all of my security
settings. How can i get my computer back now that they
have me locked put from changing anything???

The ONLY 'safe' thing is to blast any user data to CD. Reformat the disks
and re-install..
Be EXTREMELY careful when reloading userdata from the CD's.. Basically it's
been compromised and may have Trojans, hooks, spyware, or may have just been
plain altered..

Better still reload user data from a backup PRIOR to the earliest possible
date of compromise.

Next time secure the system better (use the firewall, better passwords, and
do the updates.. read & apply MS's documents on securing the system see
technet -

What settings can you not change? If you are talking about Internet Explorer
settings then see the link below of what to try to detect and eliminate
parasites/hijacking including free software downloads to try. If you are locked
out of your operating system, you should try to log on as administrator. If that
does not help, you may have to back up your data files including your logon
profile under documents and settings folder and reinstall your operating system
which will require your install cdrom and product code.. --- Steve
