I HAVE SET UP A NEW USER UNDER POWER USER - BUT WHEN THEY
LOG ONTO IE NOTHING COMES ONTO THE SCREEN AND IT STATES
ITS DONE - ON SOME IE SCREENS WHERE INFO IS TO BE TYPED
INTO THE "SEARCH INPUT BOXES" - THE INPUT BOXES ARE JUST
STRAIGHT LINES AND NOT BOXES TO TYPE - IF I THEN RESET THE
USER AS ADMINISTRATOR - IE PERFORMS CORRECTLY

PLEASE EMAIL ME DIRECTLY A FIX - THE USER NOW HAS
ADMINISTRATIVE RIGHTS UNTIL I CAN RESOLVE THIS ISSUE

Try logging on as an administrator and delete their profile [use my
computer/properties/advanced/user profiles] after saving any important
data/settings in it [you may want to back it up to a folder just in case].
When they log on a new profile will be created. It may help to run Disk
Check first to scan for file corruption that it may be able to repair. ---

Steve - I have attempted this, but the problem still
occurs - Is there a way to re-install the factory settings
of the local security policy. This is a personal computer
and my wife is the one with the now administrative rights
and since she has no clue on what she is doing, I really
want these rights removed from her login. Someone stated
that the .net might be corrupt.

Please send more suggestions. I am getting desperate.
