Hi
The policy removal behaviour is actually something you need to specify.
There are two options:
- Leave the folder in the new location when policy is removed
- Redirect the folder back to the local userprofile location when policy is
removed.
Sounds like you had the first one selected.
I'd suggest creating a new GPO attached to the same OU with the same
settings (network path etc). Once you've done this, edit the policy so that
it will be moved back to the userprofile when policy is removed (Settings
tab of the policy on My Document and Application Data) and then remove the
policy again.
Kind regards

I had a GPO set up that redirected users my docs and app data. I recently
removed this GPO, but all of these settings are still in place mainley the
redirected folders. Is there something in the local profiles that needs
erased? If so what?
