local page restore

microsoft antispyware will not restore local page (all
users) to C:\WINN\system32\blank.htm

current setting is %SystemRoot%\system32\blank.htm

please advise

No such folder as C:\WINN

%SystemRoot% is C:\WINNT on a Win2K box.
