I have worked for several days updateding and rearanging our web site, and
this afternoon FRIDAY..... I decide to publish it....

Now the web site still thinks it is on the local machine... Not all pages
but most. Pictures are missing, includeds are missing....

PLEASE someone tell me there is an easy button to fix this....

Thanks

Did you always open a web / site first (File Menu | Open Web / Site)?

Did you always File Menu | Import or Drag-n-Drop all content not created via FP into your current
open FP web / Site first?

I open FrontPage
Then I open the site.
Do the work
Then click on publish.

Not sure if that is what you were asking. Up to this point evrything has
work with out a hitch. The only changes I made to all the pages was to
include meta words so Google could find us. I guess we should have stayed
lost.

When you switch to HTML / Code View how are the paths to your images written?

Then, one or both of these:

1) You do not have an actual web created and opened before working on a
page.

2) You have not File | Imported the images from the location on your hard
drive into your images folder before inserting on a page and saving.

I have had the web site up for 7 years, and it has worked fine until today.

AND all the picutres were working thismorning before I did the publish.

Google doesn't depend on the meta tags any longer, rather it depends more on
the quality of the content.
