Hi,
How and where do you add the regristry keys for mapping a
newtork drive on logon for a local account?

Basically I have changed the regristy settings so it
autologon for a administrator account, but I want to be
able to map a network drive (\\it-staff\tech) with the
username [rman] and password [password]

Many thanks

Oli

Hi Oli

The keys are located under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Network

Map a drive and observe what gets created there and recreate for whatever
you want.

If you get adventurous, you could use gpedit.msc along with the drives.adm
template at www.willowhayes.co.uk/download/drives.adm. Make sure you untick
the "show policies only" option on the view menu.

Regards
