Local faxing

I would like to know if I can Fax on my computer and do i
have to have anything else to plug in to my computer in
order to Fax ? I have windows XP and I am getting me a
new printer and scanner and cpoier i mean copier all in
one and its a Hp iwas wanting to know if i can fax with
it ?

HP certainly has all-in-one products that can print, copy, and fax. If you
purchase one of those and set it up according to the instructions (you will
need a phone line), you will be able to use XP to send faxes either locally
or by long-distance telephone lines. Since you don't indicate which model
you are thinking of purchasing, I can't say any more than that.

If you have a Fax modem in you computer,
and You have installed fax software. Xp comes with fax
software but you have to install it seperatly. Click help
and inquire about faxing.
