Local drives don't connect

If you're using Windows 2000 Server, this feature is NOT enabled with the
base install. The best "free" alternative that will allow you to copy/paste
to/from 2000 TS is TSDropCopy, which is available here:

http://www.workthin.com/tsdown.htm

This rdpclip feature is built-into 2003 if you're using any version of the
Remote Desktop Client.

Perhaps this happens only with Remote Desktop, as I could have sworn this
worked with a 2000 TS I setup about a year ago and using the native TS
client. At any rate, I also found Rdpclip.exe in the Resource Kit.
