We are using a Windows 2000 workstation with an HP 2500 C+
printer. Everytime the user tries to print she gets the
following in the print queue "Local Downlevel Document"
and usually 4 to 5 jobs appear and they continually cycle
from top to bottom and nothing else can be printed.
I log in as the administrator and it works fine for me.
I've tried giving her Admin rights to the pc and it still
happens. I've seen other posts on the net where they say
its a virus, I've ran the fix and a virus scan and nothing
comes up. I have tried uninstalling the printer and
reinstalling it and it comes up with the same problem.
Also this printer is a Shared Printer.
Any help would be good thanks.
