Local college requires XP Pro to connect to domain, what is the Vista version
equivalent?
 
The other reply was correct: Vista Business is the equivalent of XP Pro.
And... Vista Ultimate will also let one join a computer to a domain. (So
will Enterprise but you can't buy that on the street.)
