My local c drive opens with ez photo browser how do i get rid of it? windows
xp home edition

It would depend on how you are trying to open the C: drive. Going to
start/run, and typing :

EXPLORE C:\

should do it. You may be clicking some shortcut on the desktop with a
command for ez photo.

I use open my computer the c drive and it states browse with ezphoto browser

I can't tell what you are doing from that. Perhaps you mean your browser is
'branded' in the titlebar of all explorer windws, and perhaps you mean you
are using another browser.
If another browser, you use the start/all programs/"Set Program Access and
Defaults" icon to reset your default to the standard MS products.
If the browser is branded, you would need to change a registry entry to
remove it. How to use Reset Internet Explorer Settings (RIES) :

on the desk top there is a icon my computer, which opens every program. I
have a photo program called "EZphoto browser" which I use to make photos.
when I open the c drive line it is using the photo program to list everything
on my c drive. The explor program is how the other the c drive was working.
If I delete the ezphoto program would this stop it and is ther a way to save
my photos in that program Elaine
