how to disable local area connection in notification area, the massage is
a network cable is unplugged.

Not quite sure what your asking I'm afraid

To disable your local area connection just right click the icon in the system tray and select disable.

If you are getting a message that the network cable is unplugged - then it is ........unplugged?

If I am understanding your question correctly, try looking at the properties of the connection. Within that screen there should be TWO tick boxes, depending upon your O/S.

Try un-checking the "Notify me when this connection has limited or no connectivity" box, and see how you get on from there.

Let us know what happens.

Also if you don't use the Local Area Network cable (Ethernet) then you might as well disable it

Goto: Control Panel->Network Connections->Right Click Local Area Connection->Disable
