Local Administrator unable to logon

I am unable to logon to a server with the any account. It
logons and then logs itself off. Anyone have any ideas.

Usually the path to userinit.exe has changed. You can try Microsoft
Knowledge Base article 249321 (http://support.microsoft.com/?id=249321)
