loading word

My hard drive had to be wiped out and reloaded microsoft works. Can not use word because it is asking for key# from disc. I have disc but do not see a keyb #. Help My computer was purchased through Dell and had Microsft loaded already.
 
Normally the license labels with keys are stuck on your PC case, at least
for the OS.

Check the CD jewel case and any docs you have.

Otherwise, check with Dell and / or post to the Works newsgroup as this
newsgroup is actually for Microsoft Access, a database application.
